Job Description:
- 3 to 5 years of ITIL process improvement experience with: planning, project management, business analysis, and technical writing/documentation
- Skills in process improvement, information analysis, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow through on complex tasks
- Experience implementing ITIL/ITSM practices
- Proven experience diagramming business process models
- Understanding of networks and computer systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with and passion for project management processes
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Draft meeting agendas and assist in preparing meeting minutes
