IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify business opportunities that need to be acted on 

• Map process flows, capture data requirements, create user stories, and document findings in a format understandable to all stakeholders 

• Serve as a liaison among IT, business partners, product owners, architects, data analysts, quality assurance analysts, project managers, executives, and software vendors in the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of solutions 

• Applies Agile, DevOps, ITIL, IIBA, and PMI best practices to design and approach 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions 

• Proven ability to clearly document requirements, features, stories, process flows in an organized and understandable format 

• Outstanding meeting facilitation and leadership skills 

• Ability to focus on business value results, rather than solutions 

• PMP or CBAP preferred; CSM or CSPO are beneficial
