Responsibilities:
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes decisions based on factual information
- Digital Technologies
- Leverages information technology to achieve business goals and to create new business opportunities.
- Digital Technologies (DT) has both co-pilot and service provider roles.
- As co-pilot, DT sets strategic directions for Client and its businesses; as a service organization, DT provides, supports and maintains those IT services and related infrastructure.
- DT protects the business from risk related to digital information by deploying defensive and proactive IT security measures.
- Creation of different business technology applications (website design or product development). Manages teams while simultaneously following a client's instructions to develop and construct a creative/new product.
- IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
- Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
- Translating business requirements into application requirements
