This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive disaster recovery strategies that ensure critical systems remain operational during emergencies. The position works closely with IT, cybersecurity, and operational teams to identify risks, create recovery plans, and lead drills to prepare for real-world scenarios.The ideal candidate has a passion for resilience, a deep understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, and a commitment to protecting patient care.The IT Business Operations Coordinator position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of IT business operations. This position involves overseeing a range of operational activities, including, but not limited to, project coordination, resource management, process optimization and business management. The IT Business Coordinator is responsible for validating and monitoring operational solutions, proposals for efficacy, capacity, and performance and is responsible for maintaining seamless communication and collaboration between IT teams and various business units. Additionally, this role may involve contract management, serving as a liaison with vendors, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and overseeing invoicing. This multifaceted role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both IT and business processes.

- Preferred: Bachelors degree in business, health administration, or related field
- Experience
- Required: minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, business, healthcare, or related field OR Bachelors degree in business, health administration, or related field.
