About the Job
- IT Business Operations will partner and align with internal teams (i.e., Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps
- Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (i.e., Mobile phones/tables, plans, features and technical knowledge)
- Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services
- Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs
- Serve as an escalation point for customers
- Analyze and implement efficient IT process
- Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives
- Accountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
- Work will include managing ticket queue in ServiceNow
- As an IT Business Operation, you will be updating and maintaining knowledge based articles
- Actioning telecom requests (carrier changes, line transfers, etc.)
- Working with telecom vendor partner(s) to review optimization reports and make recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirement
- Proven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
- Experience in project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of system database and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audience
- Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendors
- Collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
- RTI (return to inventory)
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) experience a huge plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
