IT Business Relationship Manager - Top Stack

We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as the primary IT partner for key supply chain areas including demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse management. This role will focus on building effective partnerships to align technology solutions with business goals, ensuring that projects meet KPIs and deliver value. You will also play a critical role in integration projects, ensuring new supply chain processes function smoothly within existing technology systems.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Foster strong partnerships with supply chain stakeholders to align IT solutions with business goals in demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Act as a liaison between IT and supply chain teams, participating in strategic planning and adjusting priorities to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with the PMO, architecture, and technical teams to design and implement technology solutions that address supply chain challenges.
• Support supply chain-related workstreams in broader enterprise projects, especially integration initiatives.
• Develop and gather business requirements and collaborate on project scoping, milestones, and budgets.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of SAP supply chain processes and demand planning platforms.
• Strong project management skills, along with consultative, analytical, and collaborative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
