Job Requirements:
- Meet with technology owners or their designated SME to gather topology information regarding their services or verify existing topology maps are current. Primary areas will be: Network Telecom Faxing VDI Storage SharePoint
- For components identified in the topology, seek input from the technology owners of any known capacity constraints
- For components identified in the topology, seek information regarding any systems gathering capacity utilization and seek to gain access to systems for IT Capacity management team
- Work with Performance team to gather any test results for capacity analysis
- Work with ITCM data scientist to analyze gathered data
- Support ITCM data scientist if additional information is needed to verify forecasts
- Work with ITCM data scientist to schedule meetings with respective technology owners to review risk observations for their input. Compile responses and work after action to ground
- Work with IT service owners to document any risks
