• Must demonstrate experience in participating in system application design, process modeling, business value analysis and business process design and in developing and writing clear functional/technical business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to communicate ideas and analysis in a clear and concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders.
• Skilled in authoring technical design and specification documents
• Knowledgeable in SDLC processes, roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
• Extremely proficient in PC based software programs including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
