Oxford Solutions is working with an MSP client currently seeking a detail-oriented IT Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of support tickets to the managed service support team. Your ability to efficiently manage ticket distribution and scheduling will be key to ensuring timely and effective technical support for clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule support tickets for the managed service support team.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring the appropriate technician is dispatched.
- Utilize dispatching and scheduling software to assign tickets efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Track and manage the progress of dispatched tickets, ensuring all tasks are completed within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update scheduling records and databases.
Qualifications
- Experience in a dispatch or scheduling role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Familiarity with dispatching and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients and technicians.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
