Title	IT Enterprise Analyst
Description	Savvee Consulting Inc. is seeking to hire an IT Enterprise Analyst to support our federal client onsite at the client's location in Quantico, VA. Candidates in consideration for this position will have a passion for enterprise architecture as it pertains to large-scale federal IT projects. Ideally, candidates would already hold an active DoD SECRET clearance Essential Functions Designing and planning of Enterprise Architectural (EA) artifacts, planning and information, and participation in working groups Performing AS-IS technical topology artifact development and maintenance in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Documenting the TO-BE architecture based on analysis of enterprise requirements over a five-year time horizon in alignment with strategic directions Conducting architectural analyses to include the impact of introducing new technologies and adopting changes to business processes, work flows, and current architecture Developing a plan for transition from the existing AS-IS architecture to the TO-BE state, including incremental changes to processes, upgrading technical capabilities, retirement or transition of technology and the evolution of IT systems and interfaces Ensuring EA applications and systems are compliant and aligns to the DoD/DON and intelligence community EAs Accessing intelligence facilities for collaboration or answering data calls that reside on the JWICS network Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Position Requirements	Education & Training Bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience & Skills Three or more years of enterprise architecture experience Experience with topology development Knowledgeable in IT applications Familiarity with RMF Acute attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven self-starter with the ability to adapt in a busy environment Desired Experience/Certification & Skills Currently holds an ACTIVE DoD Secret clearance Experience with application rationalization, technical architecture Understanding of DADM and DITPR-DON
