Job Description:

• Monitor and troubleshoot help desk tickets (L1 & L2).
• Deploy and maintain end-user PCs and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain end-user applications.
• Enhance remote PC management processes.
• Implement essential software packages.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365..
• Provide staff training on new systems.
• Educate users for increased productivity.
• Equip the workforce with reliable tools.
• Assist in vendor and consultant management.
• Document IT processes and configurations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
• 5+ years working in an End-User support capacity.
• 5+ years Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server
• Some experience troubleshooting Network and Servers (cables, switches

• Experience supporting executive leadership.
• Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
