Mandatory Skills:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.
- Dedicated C-Suite support for the TM's in our New York office.
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
- Experience with networking systems and protocols.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
