A large inspection services company is seeking an IT Facilities Manager to oversee IT infrastructure across office locations and ensure compliance with IT-related contract clauses. The ideal candidate brings expertise in IT infrastructure management and a keen eye for contract details. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, the new team member will improve operational efficiency by maintaining secure and reliable IT systems and aligning contract terms with IT capabilities, working closely with legal, procurement, and facilities teams.

Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Redlining
- Review contracts and legal documents for IT-related clauses.
- Redline and revise contracts to align with company standards.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams to ensure favorable terms.
- Facilities IT Management
- Oversee IT infrastructure in office facilities, including networking and security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT related equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and implement IT aspects of office expansions, renovations, and closures.
- Perform other work duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT contract review and facilities IT management
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Proven experience in reviewing and redlining IT-related clauses in contracts
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law
- In-depth knowledge of networking, telecommunications, access control, security cameras and cybersecurity
- Experience in managing IT systems in a corporate environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- This position requires 50% or more travel across North America
