What we are looking for:
We are looking for an individual with entry level experience and a desire to learn IT Technical skills. Applicant should have some skills and exposure to networking and PC troubleshooting technical problems. We are seeking an entry level technician with good troubleshooting skills, strong communication and customer service skills, who is able to follow directions well, can work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment and can exercise good judgment. The candidate will be able to take direction, learn and have a desire to grow their skills.
Education/Certifications/Experience
- A+ or similar certification desired (not required)
- Network+ or similar certification desired (not required)
- Other IT certifications or formal IT education a plus
- Other (Non-IT) technical experience/education will be considered
Responsibilities:
- Position includes travel between corporate offices and on-site to support our store locations.
- Mandatory travel required (spanning from throughout San Fernando / Los Angeles regions).
- On-site visits to locations (scheduled, recurring, and possible emergency support requests) during business and non-business hours.
- Deploy, maintain, and support network devices and connectivity, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications needed by clients.
- Technician I will be expected to support users via chat, web, email, or phone once training is completed. Supervisor and management will always be available to escalate, however a minimum level of stand alone ability will be required.
- On-call (after hours support) responsibilities as scheduled. Hours are flexible within the abilities of IT management, staffing and events to protect company needs. Must be willing to work various shifts and/or days.
- Acceptable candidates will have a desire to learn industry specific technology, setup, repair and maintenance in addition to core IT concepts.
- Support IT projects as need at all company locations.

Qualifications:
- We are looking for an entry level IT Technician with a minimum of 2 years of job experience in any field (technical not required). Any technical experience will be considered.
- We are seeking a candidate with good troubleshooting skills, strong communication that is able to follow directions well, can work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment and can exercise good judgment.
- Comfortable, functional, and clean work attire required.
- Valid Driver's License / Reliable vehicle with valid registration and auto insurance (mileage reimbursed).
- Physical work such as lifting and carrying equipment.
- IT certifications or formal IT education will be considered but is not required.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop, setup and installation desired.
- Basic skills in MS Office, Google desired.
- Basic experience in PC hardware(other hardware experience will be considered).
- Entry level understanding of Android, iOS and the ability to learn.
- Working knowledge of email/webmail. Google workspace and Google Drive experience are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Networking Support (i.e IP addressing concepts, utilizing basic network diagnostic tools, troubleshoot connectivity, Wi- Fi, etc.).
- Fast solid learner / Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills / Reliable and dedicated / Professional demeanor.
- Reasonable verbal skills and ability to communicate with others. Ability to receive feedback to enhance these skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team once training is complete.
- Ability to take direction and understand instructions.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (overtime may be required on a limited basis)
- 5 days a week (additional days may be offered during emergencies)
- Weekly schedule may vary depending staff availability, projects and needs of IT Director
