Salary: $40,000
This individual will be responsible for going to client sites on a daily basis and troubleshooting issues on the network and voice systems.
The main thing we are looking for here is personality and reliability, they will teach someone the technical part of the job if they find the right person. Main areas this person will be servicing are belleville, edwardsville, st. louis, and surrounding areas.
A company vehicle is provided along with a cell phone and laptop.

We are looking for an IT Technician to work within the Southern Illinois region servicing Information Technologies including networks, servers, workstations, software, phone systems, CCTV, overhead paging and a broad spectrum of other IT technologies. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and incidents.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 year associates degree a plus but not required.
• A+ and Network+ and/or other certifications a plus.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work overtime and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Customer service driven
• Pass drug test
• Fluent English language skills.
