Location: Remote (with quarterly travel to the corporate office in Camden, NJ)

- 30% Supporting IT leaders in financial decision-making.
- 20% Report development in Power BI/SAP.
- SAP knowledge (strongly preferred for faster adaptation).

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Oversee IT financial management operations, ensuring budgets are managed and reported accurately.
- Lead financial planning activities with IT leadership, providing data-driven analysis to support wise investment decisions.
- Develop and refine budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with Corporate Finance policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and Corporate Finance, maintaining strong relationships with the finance team.
- Engage with IT leaders, influencing financial strategies and supporting IT investments with clear, strategic communication.
- Prepare and present monthly capital and expense projections, including variance analysis (actual spend vs. budget/forecast).
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform project-based financial analysis and modeling, including preparing business cases for IT investments.
- Lead month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate accruals and reclassifications.
- Develop and implement chargeback processes and track post-project benefits.
Cloud Cost Optimization:
- Manage and analyze cloud costs to optimize IT spend.
- Implement cost optimization measures across cloud services, using cloud cost management tools and data analytics.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management or analysis.
- Proficiency with SAP (preferred) and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, cloud technology, and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and proactive approach.
