Senior IS Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $24.97 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior IS Technician Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Schedule will be

 M-F 8:30A - 5:00P

40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days. This is not a work from home position it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.

Senior IS Technician Responsibilities

• Field work traveling from store-to-store mileage reimbursement approved using personal vehicle Work approximately 40 hours per week in Cape Cod MA area. Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores. Locations to be visited will be in the local MA area. Some drive times may be an hour or two in each direction
• Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction Drive to CVS locations (must have own transportation) Complete assigned projects and tasks Install computer equipment Run service tickets
• Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects, installing computer equipment, and running service calls. Work alone, under guidance, and drive between several CVS locations on a daily basis, performing these duties.

Senior IS Technician Requirements

• Worker must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several CVS locations on a daily basis. Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at CVS reimbursement rate.
• Previous computer hardware, printer, etc experience
• Must have previous hardware repair experience have ability to work on their own lift 75lbs work flexible hours complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
