Help Desk Technician

Essential Job Functions of Help Desk Technician:
* Provide technical assistance
* Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
* Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
* Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
* Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
* Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
* Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
Ideal Help Desk Technician will possess the following skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients
* Basic understanding and knowledge of networking technologies
* Proficient with Windows and Mac OS
* Ability to work and learn independently
Requirements of the Help Desk Technician :
* O365, Active Directory and Salesforce experience a PLUS
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* Must have clean DMV
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Visa/sponsorship not offered
