Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing in-person technical support to our employees, managing our device and inventory systems, and assisting with information security tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and security requirements.This is an in-person position required to work onsite from corporate headquarters in Moore, OK.

Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently
- Set up and configure new employee workstations and devices
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company systems
- Device and Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain the Rippling device management system
- Keep accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Coordinate device procurement, distribution, and retirement
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements for all software
- Information Security
- Assist in collecting evidence for Security Operations Center (SOC) requirements
- Conduct information security training sessions for employees
- Help complete Security Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs)
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and procedures
- General IT Support
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base for common issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects
- Stay informed about new technologies and security best practices
- Provide recommendations for improving IT infrastructure and processes
Requirements
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
- Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of ITIL practices (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
