• Current Resume
• Current active and unrestricted IT- Information Technology Associate, Surgical Tech license in the Assignment state, if applicable
• Previous work experience as an IT- Information Technology Associate, Surgical Tech
• Current CPR Certification
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
