IT Infrastructure Manager - Any Hour Services

The Any Hour Group is seeking a talented infrastructure manager to help us run an in-house Managed Service Provider operation. Manages the hardware and cloud infrastructure for Any Hour, including desktops, laptops, routers, switches, and cloud services such as AWS and Google Cloud. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, purchasing hardware, and streamlining IT infrastructure management across the organization.  Travels to field sites to set up server rooms, manage IT environments, and oversee the work of IT Support Analysts, Cloud Administrators and Network Administrators.  Aligns hardware and cloud strategies to support overall business objectives. 

Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including hardware, cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), and networking systems is required. 
• 3+ years experience managing people is required. 

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required. 
• Master's degree in IT or a related field is preferred. 

Licenses and Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) preferred.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred.
