Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: Secaucus, NJ
Role: Contract (6+ months) on C2C
Work Mode: Onsite

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. You will ensure system availability, performance, and scalability, while managing cloud services, network infrastructure, data centers, and IT operations. In this role, you will also be responsible for network, system, backup, storage, LAN/WAN, and security administration. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior IT leaders to implement and support business-critical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-performance IT infrastructure, including network operations, system administration, backup administration, storage administration, LAN/WAN administration, and security administration.
• Oversee cloud services, telecom, and data center operations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Support IT infrastructure growth and manage daily operational tasks across all areas of administration.
• Implement emerging technologies such as cloud computing and software-defined networking.
• Ensure cost-effective integration and maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to align technology with business strategies.
• Maintain vendor relationships, optimizing performance and costs across all aspects of IT infrastructure.
• Drive infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and ROI targets are achieved.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in network administration, system administration, backup administration, storage administration, LAN/WAN administration, and security administration.
• Expertise in cloud computing, network operations, and data center management.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Cisco/Meraki, Active Directory, MS Windows, and Linux.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize IT operations across various infrastructure domains.
• Experience with vendor management and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
