Description:
TEKsystems is looking to bring on a Project Manager/Intake Manager to perform the following day to responsibilities. Contract to hire is prefered. The role is remote but the expectation is to travel onsite once per month.
Manage the IT intake process to ensure all new IT requests are evaluated for technical alignment and strategic fit. Develop IT resource plan and cost for project
- Manage team of IT Solution Analysts
- Responsible for prioritizing demands that come in thru the project request process
- Create weekly demand status report
- Communicate with Operational stakeholders on status of requests
- Partner with business planning team to ensure ITS costs are included in overall Business Plan
- Improve and optimize IT intake process
