About the Job
Overview:
This position will be responsible to support the IT and CE teams in facilitating the lifecycle of purchasing, inventory and assetmanagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Purchase Order creation, tracking, receiving in Strata and/or any other means necessary such as TMS ticketing system.
- Track new/existing contracts via the Manage Engine contract management module.
- When requested, provide to Managers and Directors appropriate information in a timely manner regarding contract renewal and expiration, allowing contract owners ample time for negotiations of said contracts.
- Act as a liaison with the Accounts Payable, Materials Management, hospital vendors, end users, and technicians.
- Input, Route, Manage, and Reconcile Invoices into the electronic Document Management System.
- Assists with vendor management, invoicing/account issues and escalations.
- Work with Project Management team to routinely review budget vs. actuals, shipping status and receiving status for CE projects.
- Assist Project Management team with coordination efforts of equipment acceptance/delivery/installation, vendor scheduling and other project related tasks.
- Work with CE leadership team to help maintain a Real-Time asset management tracking system usable.
- Work with CE and the Logistics Coordinator to monitor, and maintain the proper level of stock items necessary for routine maintenance of CE equipment.
- Manages yearly asset depreciation projects in conjunction with Finance.
- Responsible for the inventory and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- 3 years in a professional IT environment preferred
- AA degree in related field preferred

- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
- Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Other Requirements:
- Inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, good organizational skills
- Some physical handling of computer equipment
- Must be able to lift light, medium, and heavy electronic equipment. (i.e) Printers, Server equipment and racks, etc.
