We are partnered with one of our top manufacturing clients in Racine WI, who is looking to add a full-time/Direct Hire IT Manager to the team. In this role, you will oversee the management, strategy, and execution of IT operations, ERP systems, and internal controls. This role is crucial for maintaining secure and optimized technical operations while supporting the business's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT functions, including network infrastructure and IT staff management.
- Lead ERP system implementation, integration, and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Develop data-driven solutions such as dashboards to provide management with key business insights.
- Propose and implement strategic solutions and new systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage IT projects that support organizational goals, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to address IT needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in an IT Management position supporting a manufacturing environment with direct reports
- Proven experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, Infor SyteLine.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
