OPEN POSITION: IT Manager PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary support of employees and equipment in the Sunnyvale office, and remote support for parent office.Active member of a collaborative IT team which provides support for companywide projects and initiatives.Work directly with employees on any technical issues.Interact with cross functional teams to determine their needs and to develop or collaborate with the IT team to develop plans for improving delivery of technology services to address any issues.Present oral and written updates defining plans, problems, and resolutions to employees and IT team.Set and meet realistic deadlines
Forecast changes and communicate current and projected issues.This role will be a key member and resource of the IT team with exposure to a variety of teams technologies and projects.QUALIFICATIONSOutstanding grasp of technology concepts and processesA fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and prioritiesMotivated, self-driven, solution and detail oriented.Can do attitude & a willingness to go above and beyond to research and provide solutions.Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHas played a key role in numerous successful projects and produced deliverables on time while exceeding expectationsMinimum 2-8 years of IT experience, ideally in the financial, legal or IT industry
