About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary: $60K/Annum
Job Description:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and records, and ordering new items as needed
- Install, configure, and update the IT hardware and software in the office
- Manage the inventory and procurement of IT equipment and supplies
- Document and report the IT activities and incidents (IMAC)
- Associate degree or higher in IT, computer science, or related field
- At least two years of experience as an IT admin or technician
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with network protocols, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and policies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
