This is telecommuter position is anchored to the GA008 location so that if facility or system support is needed it is in reach. Desired near GA008, 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd NE, Ste 450, 500, 600, Atlanta, GA 30342 and near major airports. A willingness to travel to company sites in GA area and remote is required.

This position is in support of the Essential Compliance Program (ECP) and Security Technology Alignment (STA) efforts.
The Technology Support Consultant will be responsible for deployment and supporting of Cyber Security /Anti-Malware Products into acquired entities environment which includes support for all end-users. Responsible for but not limited to keeping computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs as well as installation of new security software & releases, system upgrades, patches and resolution of software related problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team are critical.
Candidate must be able to travel to multiple locations per project requirements, sometimes on short notice. Candidates with experience in the health care industry and Cyber Defense Software deployment / Anti-Malware product implementation and management are highly desired.

Candidate is required to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Experience installing configuring, administering, troubleshooting, patching and updating the Cyber Security Systems / Anti-Malware Systems in Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience installing configuring, administering, troubleshooting and tuning of Software Distribution Tools (e.g. SCCM, Altiris etc.)
- Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange etc.
- Analyzes and resolves problems associated with server/desktop hardware
- Maintains and monitors SPAM detection devices
- Maintains and monitors corporate Anti-Virus server and clients
- Maintains and monitors Windows updates via SUS
- Research and provide hardware/software quotes via documented procurement process.
- Maintains and supports directory level file structure and permissions for file servers, websites and ftp servers.
- Enterprise software Deployment Experience
- Windows client admin skills (xp,7,8 ....)
- Comfortable in Unix making changes to configuration files and basic unix skills
- Some security experience firewalls, switches, routers and other basic security controls cyber experience- Understanding what malware is , understanding of the threat landscape in corp environment.
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Candidates with experience in the health care industry and working experience in Cyber Security / Anti-Malware Software deployment and support are highly desired.
- Strong Infrastructure and Software Deployment working experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Position requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within IT field.
