Sprouts Farmers Market is on an exciting journey to scale its Omni channel products to drive a more relevant, personalized customer experience, both in the store and online. Our online products include a shoppable website and app along with many features that support in store shopping such as digital flyers and robust consumer- product details. We also support customers in getting their groceries delivered via a growing marketplace ecosystem and have robust catering services that are in high demand each holiday season. The IT Product Manager- Omni Channel will be responsible to deliver a strategic effort to modernize our vendor- maintained website and app, implement best practices for accepting releases and feature flag functionality, and create, prioritize and maintain a product roadmap that: enables new feature enhancements to our web and mobile apps, enables new marketplace partners, drives improvements in our catalog and data feeds, integrates expanding personalization and loyalty capabilities, and scales the functionality of our enterprise Digital Asset Management Tool.

Essential Functions:Strategy
- Collaborate and inform multi year Omni Channel strategy by offering insights into industry trends.
- Responsible for assisting leadership in determining priority of work by providing key insights on value, scope, cost and resourcing needs.
- Support program management of strategic projects including orchestrating discovery, scoping, and implementation for complex cross-platform projects.
- Identify ways to optimize and automate processes for efficiency gains.
Roadmap
- Act as an IT Product Manager of the entire portfolio by representing the needs of the customer and building capabilities that drive the greatest alignment to business and customer value.
- Create, prioritize and maintain an Omni Channel product backlog that supports and influences a multi-year Omni Channel Strategy with frequent pulse checks with the business, comparing with trends and other industry leaders.
- Act as an internal SME on technical topics related to ecommerce and digital technology, working alongside product owners/ business analysts/ architects to coordinate key enhancements and improvements to new or existing platforms.
- Knowledge of system integrations (API and batch), ecommerce platforms , digital authentication (CIAM), CMS (Word Press preferred), DAM (Aprimo preferred), and demonstrable skills in SQL. Functional knowledge of Marketplace Facilitators.
Execution
- Build positive relationships with business partners and peers on other multi-functional teams such as Engineering, and Analytics
- Leveraging strong interpersonal and vendor management skills, manage and support the delivery of shop.sprouts.com website and mobile application code and platform modernization efforts, and create process for ongoing iterative release cycle that supports feature flag functionality.
- With a solution and product focused mindset, lead a cross functional, resource matrixed agile team to deliver backlog functionality such as enablement of new Marketplace vendors, enterprise reporting, modified integrations, and custom applications.
- Set, communicate, and keep team focused on sprint goals.
- Practical experience in applying key BA techniques (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, risk management, estimation, decision analysis, etc.) to be able to coach a team of product owners and business analysts.
- Ability to solution within your ecosystem to drive results, ability to partner with architects as appropriate and present solutions to architecture review board to drive shared support of the go forward solution.
Support
- Maintain our customer facing Microsite properties with frequent release updates.
- Maintain our internal facing WordPress applications, including our internal site “The Vine” with frequent release updates.
- Manage Front End Web Engineers and continually grow their expertise and opportunity to optimize our digital assets.
- Write data flow, process flow, current state documentation, training modules, and other necessary documentation and contribute to growing knowledgebase / MarTech Wiki.
- Influence and shape product support model by crafting approach to hand off product knowledge to level 1 and level 2 support. Function as Level 3 escalated support to resolve assigned tickets and improve vendor escalation feedback loops.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product/ direct technical product management experience.
- 5+ years experience in digital ecommerce management
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
- In depth experience or knowledge of Wordpress or other CMS tools, Google Analytics or other website reporting tools, Google Tag Manager, Microsite development, PowerBI (or similar).
- Knowledge of or experience with Composable Commerce a plus
- Experience working in Azure DevOps or a similar
- Strong vendor management and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong business acumen who understands organizational issues and challenges.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, the SDLC and basic web development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy.
- Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations.
- Highly accountable, strong communicator, collaborative, and strong time-management skills.
