Job Description:
As an IT Program Manager, you will lead and manage the Project & Product Delivery program team within the Client's Project & Product Delivery portfolio. This includes working with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. You will collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, business teams, cross-functional teams, and vendors, employing Agile, SAFE, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business units to deliver initiatives efficiently and effectively.
- Assign resources to initiatives, managing planning, and execution.
- Monitor and report on deviations from initiative timelines and critical paths.
- Define control points for the program and ensure compliance with client policies and standards.
- Set the strategic direction for the program, providing expert guidance on project management processes.
- Utilize core project management tools, including Microsoft Project On-Line (POL).
- Establish and maintain Agile, Scaled, Kanban, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Detect and escalate risks or issues to ensure appropriate mitigation.
- Define and track program KPIs and monitor initiatives for compliance.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex projects using Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, SAFE, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
- 10 years of experience leading and managing teams, setting strategic direction.
- PMP certification and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional.
- Strong understanding of MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and critical path analysis.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for all stakeholder levels.
- Knowledgeable in project portfolio, lifecycle, and governance processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management and project risk mitigation.
- Skilled in creating clear procedural documentation and process improvements.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
