About the Job
SilverEdge is seeking candidates for the position of IT Program Manager.
• Collect, format, and analyze data from multiple systems for dashboard and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using technologies like PowerBI and ServiceNow.
• Interface with counterparts across the enterprise to address issues.
• Serve as the Quality-of-Service (QoS) representative for the assigned area, monitor QoS feedback, and participate in related sessions.
• Attend meetings as directed.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc briefings or documents for dissemination.
• Respond to inputs in the feedback tool.
• Manage meeting invites, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Assist in defining reporting requirements.
• Confirm data accuracy using measurement systems analysis (MSA).
• Work tactically while thinking strategically.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly call metrics.
• Provide location support team summaries.
• Provide weekly status reports on hardware and software procurements.
• Support strategic priority teams with data and insight.
• Support automation efforts.
• Understand existing tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Support ad-hoc analytic requests.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience in developing surveys and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and facilitate large group meetings.
• Analytical skills to collect, organize, and present data.

Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance w/ FS Poly

Qualifications:
• Experience in IT support for various environments.
• Ability to connect business performance to financials.
• Experience in IT support, management, logistics, procurement, or asset management.
• Ability to build consensus across diverse viewpoints.
• Certifications: ITIL, PM Certification.
