IT Project Management Lead Analyst
Duties:
- Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules. Help in setting realistic goals, identifying resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
- Track and Monitor Progress: Oversee project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Update project documentation and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate Meetings and Communication: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and action items, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain project documents, files, and records. Ensure that all necessary documentation is current, organized, and accessible to the team.
- Handle Project Resources: Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring team members are available when needed and tracking any changes in resource requirements.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, communicate these to the project manager, and support mitigation efforts as needed.
- Support Budget Management: Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets, making sure that expenditures align with project goals and reporting any discrepancies.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the requirements set by stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions to keep the project on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration.
- Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to changing project needs, timelines, and environments.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role. Experience in [industry or field, e.g., technology, construction] is a plus.
