Responsibilities:
- Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects
- Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery
- Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects
- Manages multiple projects or a single major project
- Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions
- Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment
- Manages timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility
- Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders
- Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution
- Perform project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery
- Direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects
- Involved indirectly with handling financials, forecasting and governance reporting and must be aware of those processes as relates to programs/projects
- Manage the release activities and responsible for all governance and compliance required deliverables for acceptance and entry into the release
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Seasoned Project Manager that has managed complex end-to-end technology programs and projects in their past experience
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space
- Familiarity with various project management tools
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
- Agile experience
- Merchant services experience
Pay Range: $55.15-$63.15
