Care Hospice is currently seeking a talented and seasoned IT Project Manager to become a vital member of our dynamic IT team in our Charlottesville, VA location. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Care Hospice organization to identify, organize and deliver on technology initiatives.
** This position is based out of our Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market with FREE parking. The role has the opportunity for a flexible and hybrid work schedule.

- Produces project delivery and performance reporting
- Curates Project Management documentation and content
- Trains IT Team members on Project Management fundamentals
- Leads cross functional project meetings
- Director resources to critical path tasks and priorities
- Produces desired outcomes from IT initiatives
- 2+ years delivering IT projects, preferably in a health care environment
- Demonstrated and proven track record of delivering IT projects on scope, schedule and budget
- Project Management certification preferred (CAPM, PMP)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum projects a plus
- Experience managing projects in SmartSheet preferred
- Familiarity with secure infrastructure in a Health Care oriented business preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes through direct and indirect leadership of initiatives and tasks
