About the Job
Our IT team is looking for a Project Manager to add to our growing team! The Project Manager is responsible for planning and tracking technology projects to ensure they meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. Your role will be critical in improving information processing, providing oversight in the development of cross-functional processes and optimizing workflows. The projects will span all corporate services and operations. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere, although work hours aligned with Central time zone is preferred. Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Outline budgets based on requirements and tracking costs.
- Document and track resource requirements and availability – both internal and third party.
- Participate in multiple concurrent project committees to monitor and document task progress and requirements, adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
- Regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of projects.
- Work with little supervision and bringing ideas to the table to improve or change processes.
- Develop dashboards summarizing project status for senior management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and PM tools (Project Insight) for analyzing, organizing, visualizing, tracking, reporting, and communicating plans and project status.
- Understanding of business expense structure for budget tracking and ROI estimates.
- Effective communication skills and comfortability interacting with each level of the company from peers to executives.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or equivalent PMP training.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Self-starting work ethic to sustain an effective remote work environment.
