Day-to-Day Duties May Include:
- Driving multi-million-dollar initiatives that impact multiple cross-functional organizations.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with little direction.
- Seeing cross functional impacts/initiatives from inception through implementation.
- Administering both complex and integrated project plans to include both internal and external deliverables.
- Drafting and presenting executive level presentations.
- Leading and guiding both internal and external stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
- Leading requirement sessions and prioritizing requirements for current/future state processes based on both quantitative and qualitative outputs.
- Prioritizing requirements through SWOT analysis.
- Providing recommendations and ushering decisions in an environment through ambiguity to achieve synchronicity within project team.
Qualifications:
- BachelorÂ’s Degree in relevant course of study.
- Minimum of 10 yearsÂ’ experience in Project Management or similar role.
- Business applications experience (SAP, Salesforce).
- Medical Device industry experience.
- PMP, Agile certifications required.
- Understanding of medical device company requirements and GxP processes.
- Big 4 experience a plus.
