Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an IT Project manager - ITS to join our Client's team.

Job description

Seeking a seasoned senior project manager with 7+ years of solid project management experience for IT projects spanning multiple systems & technologies including infrastructure, Security, Cloud technologies, Applications etc. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable skills in delivering projects in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• PMP (Active certification proof required)

Experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management

Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Highly advanced skills associated with end-to-end PMLC for programs/projects of large-scale scope.
• Demonstrated project leadership, reporting, and management skills.
• Demonstrated effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present/communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
• Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
• Able to deliver projects timely within budget and defined scope.
• Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Prior experience in successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in higher education

• Professional certification PMP (must be obtained within 6 months of joining
