Onsite 3 days a week in Memphis
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and oversee SDLC projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira to monitor project progress and address any impediments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to promote engagement and high performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically managing SDLC projects.
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis three days a week.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with additional project management tools and software.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
