About the Job
Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to support our team in a hybrid role at the Y12 Complex in Oak Ridge, TN.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing and directly managing technology projects. Ensures cybersecurity is built into projects to protect the
organization’s critical infrastructure and assets, reduce risk, and meet organizational goals. Tracks and communicates project status and demonstrates project value to the
organization.
1. Knowledge of operational planning processes
2. Knowledge of cybersecurity and information technology (IT) security principles, practices, and requirements
3. Knowledge of requirements analysis principles and practices
4. Knowledge of information technology (IT) architecture models and frameworks
5. Knowledge of system life cycle management principles and practices
6. Knowledge of technology procurement principles and practices
7. Knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices
8. Knowledge of the acquisition life cycle models and frameworks
9. Skill in performing capabilities and requirements analysis
10. Skill in performing administrative planning activities
11. Skill in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Skill in performing needs analysis
13. Skill in team building and leading integrated product teams
14. Ability to identify critical technology procurement requirements
15. Ability to conduct audits
16. Ability to identify and document supply chain risks for critical system elements
17. Ability to define and manage day to day performance of operating-level agreements (OLAs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within the authorized limits of a Project
Manager.
Additionally:
1. Actively manage multiple cybersecurity projects
2. Coordinate within department, project team, business unit managers, and with the project management office to achieve product-oriented outcomes
3. Create, revise, and execute project documentation: project management plans, communication plans, test plans, risk mitigation plans, and configuration management
plans.
- Must have DOE "L" or DOD "Secret" clearance.
- Must have experience delivering cloud enabling capabilities
- 5-10 years of project management or similar experience (experience managing to deliverables and milestones) of overseeing technology projects
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies
DOE "Q" or DOD "TS/SCI" clearance.
