This role requires expertise in managing GxP-compliant projects, deep understanding of scientific writing/reporting, and exceptional emotional intelligence to foster collaboration and trust within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage GxP-compliant projects with a focus on scientific writing and regulatory submissions. Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with scientific, regulatory, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the creation, review, and submission of scientific documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive team culture by building trust, managing conflict constructively, and encouraging open communication among team members.
- Problem-Solving: Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively by facilitating discussions and driving solutions that benefit both IT and research stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- GxP and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP regulations and scientific writing, including familiarity with reports and regulatory submission documents.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on GxP or regulatory environments.
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, actively listen, and respond to feedback constructively.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust within the team, creating a collaborative and productive environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in managing conflict constructively and fostering open communication among team members.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough follow-through on all tasks and deliverables.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and scientific information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with MS Project, Changepoint, or similar tools.
