Job Title: IT Project Manager

Stakeholder Management
- Steering Committee presentation development/facilitation
- Project Sponsor meeting presentations
Project Team Management
- Team meeting agenda/notes/follow up on action itemFs.
- Resolve team member issues/escalations.
Vendor Management
- Support onboarding.
- Collaborate with vendor PM tdevelop project schedule.
- Manage vendor deliverables.
Budget Management
Engagements
- Enterprise Architecture
- Cybersecurity
- Information Management and Compliance (IMC)
- Coordinates with Enterprise Performance & Prioritization on project changes and administrative changes
- Engages BRMs when needed during execution phase support
- Agile Team Requests
Project Delivery
- Develop/Manage the project plan.
- Develop/Manage tthe communication plan.
- Support RFP development life cycle and contract execution.
- Create/Manage the project schedule with input from project team.
- Develop Monthly status reports.
- Project Change Requests: manage any changes tthe scope, schedule, budget, benefits and submit for approvals based on Enterprise Performance Financial Chart/guidelines.
- PPM workflow and Key Milestone development/management
- RAID tracking.
- Ensure test plan and strategy developed and executed.
- Ensure requirements traced, managed, delivered.
- Ensure team member’s knowledge transfer if applicable.
- Go/No-Gpresentation development/facilitation.
- Collaborate with technical lead tsubmit Production system change requests. Attend IT Change Coordination and speak tchange request.
- Draft communications and coordinate with Employee Communications tfinalize/schedule delivery if applicable.
- Collaborate with other project managers in the IT PMand across the Enterprise taddress technical dependencies, schedule and resource constraints.
- Coordinate Support Center and Support teams Operational Support workflow for Hypercare and beyond.
- Engage and collaborate with Change Management team.
- Ensure training plan developed.
- Ensure training delivery and documentation completed.

Mandatory Requirements
- PMP certification
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
Technical Requirements
- Ability tmeet standard PMP project management and deliverables as outlined in Scope of Work.
Desirable Qualifications
- Agile Certification
Assumptions
- This position will be primarily remote and work offsite, as project work allows. It is expected that the contractor will be available onsite for meetings and as needed tsupport the project team.
