In this role, you will work closely with the IT Apps, IT Operations, R&D, Tech Ops, Vendors, IT Infrastructure, and other internal groups to manage the project(s) from initiation through delivery, including planning and budgeting, project control and status reporting, team management, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned project on schedule and within budget.

Project Description:
Client is seeking an IT Senior Program Manager to lead and manage delivery of strategic technology investments with focus on SaaS solution implementations.

You're Impact - Responsibilities:
- Partners with Sponsors and Key Stakeholders to define overall project strategy, scope and success measures
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with Leaders in IT and Business Partners to drive focus on project objectives
- Ensures that teams achieve feature and release freeze criteria on-time
- Coaches team members and functional leaders to improve excellence in our IT practices and principles, creates a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation and learning; promotes continuous improvement
- Actively manages project dependencies across multiple teams and functions
- Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals
- Provides visibility to project state (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) on a weekly basis through status reporting (to all stakeholders and team members)
- Provide regular project reviews and updates (deep dive into current state of project goals, risks, escalations)
- Leads cross-functional project Core Team meetings
- Leads Steering Committee meeting with Senior Executives in IT and business units
- Manages project budgets (outsourcing, contracts, other project costs)
- Manages multiple projects concurrently
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of technical project management experience, with experience managing large scale cross functional projects
- Bachelors degree of Computer Science or similar technical discipline with minimum of 5 years of technical work experience
- Technical depth and experience in implementing at least two or more of the following: SaaS solution implementation (Sales/GTM, Customer Success & Services, HR, Finance or Marketing), custom application development leveraging Agile.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to lead in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with Senior Executives and technical and non-technical team members
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on project
- management of large and small initiatives
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high-level of attention to detail
- Understands SFDC platform and has a technical ability and acumen
- Ability to quickly define dependencies, issues, and outline mitigation plans against risks
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions
- Deep knowledge and experience using common project management tools: e.g. PlanView,
- MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Google docs
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
