Business Process Consultant / Analyst – Tools/UX

Tools – understanding specific requirements with new tools. Designing a new UI, having some technical understanding.
Doesn’t have to to the coding/development on his/her own – doesn’t need to be a developer, needs to be a UI designer who understands the tools & communicating/aligning with the business

Professional Experience expected
• 4-5 years minimum

Required skills – Must have
• Excellent English (oral & written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong affinity to web-based tools, applications, and User Interfaces
• Very good knowledge and experience with User Interface Design / User Experience
• Experience understanding, documenting customer requirements and designing front-end business solutions
• Analytical thinking & problem solving

• Very good knowledge and experience with MS Office
• Ability to adjust schedule to talk to colleagues in Indian time zone
Required skills – Nice to have
• Knowledge and experience with SAP UI5 / FIORI Style Guides

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Acquire and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of all relevant applications as well as the underlying operational and business processes
• Understand business requirements and align with stakeholders on proposals for new requirements
• Design User Interfaces according to business requirements and corporate standards and style guides
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
• Plan, align and communicate the delivery of individual requirements or projects with the development team as well as management and stakeholders
• Make others aware of the functionality of new tools being pushed out by our team; educate others on how to use these tools effectively; effectively demonstrate the benefits of the tools so personnel understand the benefit of utilizing our team’s tools and reports
• Create videos, blog, and end user documentation on relevant tools
• Facilitate tasks within the team; hold delivery team accountable for their outstanding items; track and plan projects appropriately; be well-informed of current initiatives around relevant tools and know who to contact when there are questions
• Determine and understand reporting impacts based on tool changes and communicate them to the reporting team
