IT Security Analyst

Overview:

Our team is looking for an IT Security Analyst with a strong compliance background to support our organization's regulatory efforts. This role will involve coordinating compliance assessments, working across teams to assess gaps, and helping develop remediation strategies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support audit processes with internal teams and external assessors.
• Lead validation processes for compliance requirements and facilitate remediation efforts.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Conduct internal compliance assessments to identify gaps and develop effective remediation plans.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Assist in automation efforts within the compliance function.
• Regularly review policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Track and communicate regulatory changes, providing guidance on policy updates.
• Offer guidance and support to team members on compliance matters.

Required Qualifications:
 

• 3+ years of experience in planning and conducting compliance assessments, with a focus on payment card security.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing ownership and commitment to team goals.
• High level of confidentiality and detail orientation.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, directing activities, and leading teams.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with productivity and documentation tools like SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
