IT Services is looking for a Summer Intern to join our IAM team. As a Summer Intern on the User Provisioning team, you will provide user access to applications based on their job role. The User Provisioning Intern will be creating, deleting, and modifying user access, while offering second-level support for application provisioning issues. The User Provisioning Intern will be helping with the maintenance and administration of Active Directory organizational structures, Okta, Microsoft Exchange and more. The User Provisioning Intern will also assist the team in analyzing and defining new roles and their access.
CHG's internship program is designed to enhance student's learning and growth, while providing an opportunity to meet educational curriculum requirements. Students will work on projects that allow them to think critically, create measurable goals and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provisioning activities and executing day-to-day tasks to include creating, deleting, disabling, enabling, unlocking and modifying user accounts
- Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metric reporting
- Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company
- Provides practical recommendations regarding continuous improvement on Information Security and Privacy programs and practices
- Analyze and assess provisioning issues and escalate where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills with experience using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe
- Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 2024 graduate
- Can provide a list of learning objectives and internship agreement for your program

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay of $20.00/hour
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
