We are looking for a talented IT Service Desk Technician ready to take on the challenge of providing top-notch technical support. If youre organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role could be your next great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for PC hardware and software issues through email, chat, phone, and in-person interactions
- Monitor and resolve workstation and client incidents, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Perform user maintenance in Windows Active Directory and Office 365
- Suggest system improvements to enhance the IT Service Desk experience
- Participate in an on-call rotation (2-3 weeks per year) and be open to occasional night or weekend work
- Keep up with a fast-paced, multitasking environment and provide positive customer experiences
- Associate's Degree in MIS/Business or related field
- 2-4 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a high-volume support environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 7/10/11, iOS, and Android support
- Excellent organizational skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with using a ticketing system to log and track support requests
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Business or related field
- Experience with Office 365 Administration, Lenovo hardware, PowerShell scripting, and MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune
- ITIL Foundation certification
