We are seeking an IT Services Manager for our Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro, and Mt Airy, North Carolina locations.

 Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff for a large multi-specialty medical group with multiple locations
• Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems, etc.)
• Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget • Consult senior-level management across the Bethany Medical organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems' performance
• Create processes and standards for the selection, implementation, and support of systems
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
• Responsible for IT systems for related companies
• As the IT Services Manager, you will be part of the Senior Management Leadership Team

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience working in IT operations, preferably medical IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
• Intricate knowledge of IT operations as it relates to the medical field is essential
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
• Strong people skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles

Education
• 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is essential
• MBA, MHA, or related field preferred
