Role Purpose | ||
The Site Manager US works as an IT quality manager for the construction- and office - sites in his/her region. The job holder is responsible for planning, coordination and tracking the delivery for all necessary IT equipment and fulfilment of services for a site. The role is responsible for managing the IT service delivery on site in time and quality needed in the build of the IT setup as well as during the operations. The role is part of Infrastructure. | ||

3+years relevant experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager in an international and fast changing, change driven environments, involving experience in dealing with senior levels University degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, (e .g. Bachelor) or equivalent is required Experience with standard IT Operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL) | Fluent in English language Fluent in main local language of the region Very good understanding of Corporate IT Demand Management process and Corporate IT Service Delivery Problem analysis & Resolving Skills Very good Communication Skills towards business and IT
