DutiesYou will demonstrate Advance knowledge of various software languages and toolsets to include (Powerbuilder, JAVA, React Native, Atlassian, HTML 5, CSS, Typescript, Oracle, Postgresql, MYSQL, Containerization, Services Oriented Architecture.You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and cyber activities on 20+ projects supporting Defense Health Navy and Marine Corps customers.You will lead the Application Integration (AI) process for the IPT.You will manage the technical personnel across the IPT to set priorities and ensure all technical tasking is accomplished.You will lead and ensure Configuration Management (CM) processes are followed across all projects within the IPT.You will provide organization-wide guidance and advice on how to implement and manage software processes.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee the Software and Database development and integration across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include hosting and Development, Security, and Operations (DEVSECOPs).
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

The pay schedule and pay band for all Administrative Specialist/Professional Positions will be NO-1/2/3/4/5/6.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
