You will apply proper project management and governance techniques and practices, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and provide support for contracts and budget as needed.
Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist (APPSW) (Enterprise Platforms Delivery Specialist), you will:
- Collaborate with multiple product owners to gather, interpret and prioritize user requirements, transforming them into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for inclusion into an actionable backlog.
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Solution Delivery Team Lead to enhance our work processes, staying current with platform best practices and emerging technologies that could address our challenges.
- Lead program through all Technology & Innovation governance boards; actively contributes to and advises on platform level governance to ensure solution consistency and quality. Manage platform updates, licensing contracts, and maintain overall platform health and security.
- Provide support across platforms for contracts and budgets.
- Present formal and informal briefings to various audiences, including technical and non-technical. Tailor communication content and delivery to suit the specific audience.
